The Switch is the switching device that turns your heating on and off by controlling your boiler. Your heating will turn on and off according to the schedule that you've set. The Switch will be installed near, and in line with your boiler.

With the central button, you can place your system into override, giving you the ability to revert to your original heating controls if required - this will change the large green middle button from being on to off.

Top right linking LEDs

In the top right of the switch, you will see a small LED. This will advise the connection status between the switch and IHD. Please see the table below which describes each colour the LED can display and it's meaning.
