Auto away mode is disabled on my phone, my heating is still switching off when someone else leaves the house : Trio + Heating

If you find that your heating is turning off when other users leave the house you have one of two options:

Option 1: Turn auto away mode off for each device that is associated with the heating system. You can turn this feature off in the app - [ More Menu ] > [ Away mode ] > [ Auto away mode ] > [ Turn off all devices ].

Option 2: Enable auto away mode on all devices to ensure the heating system remains on when another user has left the home. You can turn this feature on in the app, under Auto away mode, [ More Menu ] > [ Away mode ] > [ Auto away mode ].
